Why can't I send a second message to a potential client from my inbox?

When I try to send a message, the "send" button is faded and not active. I had told him I would respond in more detail when I got home, so this is a second response to his first query without him responding inbetween

I would recommend contacting Rover support to have them take a look. We're mostly just other users, so unless someone has encountered this problem before and found a way to fix it on their own, no one here will be of much use.

I've always been able to send multiple messages to a client so I would definitely contact Rover support.
