How do I adjust a clients charges?

How do I adjust a clients charges? They had an emergency and booked to start staying with us last night but, are coming this morning instead. How can I adjust their charges to show the charge for last night is removed?

I had to try to make a similar adjustment and was told since it was booked on line they couldn't change the dates but did reimburse the customer for the first over night. You still need to let rover support know immediately so they can make notes.
