Is there a way to lock in a price for a friend or specific client without that price being available to everyone? Can I change the pricing for one person only? Do you do this before they book? Or can it be done after a booking?
When someone requests a stay with you, you can always edit your rates as you like. This is how you can add additional services or give discounts. Then you both agree to the final amount when you book the stay. I've had friends that I've only charged $5/night for their dog because they also provide care for my dogs on occasion. Charging a small amount through Rover gave us the benefit of the pet insurance coverage and allowed them to leave a review for me, which helped my business.
