Can I raise my rates but hold old rates for loyal clients?

As a sitter, now that I've gotten a little more experience and some positive reviews, I'm curious if there is a function on the website that allows me to raise my rates for new clients but hold my old rates for previous loyal clients as a gesture of appreciation.

Hi Audrey1 Yes you can keep the lower rates for your repeat customers. I do that all the time for my frequent repeat customers. New customers get my higher rate. When you or your customer "books", there is an "edit" button so click on it. It shows your higher rate but you are able to change the rate and then click the "Book" button. There is also an "Edit" button to change dates. Make sure you check the rate BEFORE you click the "Book Now" . Hope this helps.

I would email your current clients and let them know your rates have changed however you will honor the old rate for them. Then adjust the price and keep notes in the account so you know what to charge,
