Each sitter has the option to create a personal coupon code for $20 off for first time users, but Rover also runs other promotions with different discounts (I've seen $25 and $30), which are usually featured on the website or in a newsletter. They also sometimes run promotions through other deal sites, like Groupon, where you can purchase $X of care for $Y. In all instances I've seen, the codes and deals are only good for first time users.
That is a great explanation, Laura. Additionally, if you come across a discount that is a larger promotional value than a previous deal you have redeemed, you can swap it out for the larger one in your account.
