Click on the edit button next to the rate and you can change it to whatever you want. Rover makes it pretty simple to lower or raise rates, nice feature.
I've done this several times. You can also edit the actual daily rate. In my case, the rate was $30 and we agreed on a rate of $25. I just changed the daily rate to $25 and the system showed the correct total.
When you begin the booking process, there will be an option to select "Edit" next to the Stay Price when you are in the conversation window. Click it and you can put a negative number into the section titled "Cost Adjustments." So if you put -10, that would give a ten dollar discount. Just make sure you put the - sign (hyphen).
Yes! Absolutely! Like Jean said above, you can either add on money for services (e.g., later than xyz time pick up) or a discount for continued service, etc. (but you MUST put a negative sign!).
