I have a stay pending, but I don't see the option to book it. What should I do?

From your inbox or within the conversation you should see a button that says "Book it Now." From your inbox, it's on the right hand side. From within the conversation it's on the left in the box that shows the dates and rate information. Once you press the button, the client will have 72 hours to accept, at which time they will be prompted to enter payment info and the stay will be booked.
