My profile has been approved but does not show up in any of the pages when searching for Sitters or Dog Walkers, both services I have made active. Whats going on?

I did finally find you on the 6th page, after using the map function to drill down to your neighborhood because Philly is a large city and Rover's search function is utter garbage, proving customers with sitters in a wide array of locations, rather than according to their zipcode entry, I've griped about this for years, directly to Rover, since they are clearly clueless about how difficult getting around in a large city can be.

Anyway, you cannot see yourself. Much better to have someone else check for you. When I've checked, I use a different browser. Even logging out doesn't cut it. Cookies, cookies, cookies. The app knows it is you and won't bring you up in search results.

What I find unusual is that Rover typically puts new sitters toward the top, so they can get some clients. Perhaps that will be the case for you at some point. I don't know how long they get that preferential treatment though.
