Message my phone number is already associated with another account and need help fixing this?
See question above. I logged in with my email and password successfully. The system found my profile, I’m trying to book a sitter. System won’t accept my phone number. Says already assigned to another account. Advises me to contact Rover support to fix this problem
This happened to me as well but with my email. For the old account I entered another email I rarely use. I then deleted the account because I no longer use it. That allowed me to use my email on my new account. Maybe try the same approach, but enter an arbitrary phone (e.g., 999-999-9999) .
