What if sitter needs to not keep my dog while I'm away?

If a sitter has an emergency that necessitates being no longer able to care for your dog, it is the sitter's responsibility to notify you of the situation and call Rover Customer Support and work with them to find someone else to care for your dog.

YOU have to call them and speak to them. No one here can help you with your sitter's emergency.
