How can I add a portuguese phone number?
I can't send message to the sitter cause rover does not accept +351 (Portugal county code) can you please help me?

Use Rover's messaging system, not the sitter's personal cellphone, and you will not have to deal with country codes.
Otherwise, contact Rover Customer Support because they do not come here.
