Can I change settings so I don't impact my client response time for requests that come in while I'm asleep during the dead of night?

Am receiving notifications suggesting a more timely response, when the client sends the request in at midnight or during normal sleeping hours. Can I change this setting? I don't want my response time impacted while I sleep.

Yes. I believe it’s called quiet hours under settings and notifications.
