How do walk dogs in this intense winter?

I am sitting two small dogs, with very sensitive paws. Ive been taking them out for super quick potty breaks, just pee breaks because of the super cold wether 3F and a wind chill warning. We have been walking on places where the snow has been removed but they started walking funny just in a few minutes. They have been pooping inside, something that I dont usually allow, but I dont really know if its a good idea to take them to the park or something else. Please any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Same weather here. Miserable. My little guys are tiny and can't stand to be outside more than 1 minute. We DO NOT take walks , and it would be very irresponsible to drag them to the park. They just pee and I bring them up immediately. Have pee pads available or towels, and do not walk them, only take them out for a very quick pee /poop break. My dogs will start crying in pain within a minute of being outside and I would never dragged them to the park.

Okay, it is below zero here, and I have two guest dogs plus my own. They're all on the small side.

It took me an hour this morning to take them out individually for a quick potty break because each had to have their jackets and boots put on. We were outside for the bare minimum amount of time and we definitely weren't going to walk very far.

In this weather, I do require the owner to supply the necessary apparel. One only had those Pawz booties, which alone are next to useless in this frigid weather. They're great for salt, but not such extreme cold. Fortunately, I had an extra pair of Muttluks in a size too small for my dog, so we're using those instead. The other dog had Pawz and another heavier pair packed, along with about 3 parkas. Pet parents must give you the proper equipment for their dogs in all weather conditions.
