We were referred to a sitter by name and can't find her in the list in my area. What am I missing?

Unfortunately, the search listings can make it difficult to find a specific sitter, especially in highly populated areas, because it will list many pages (it’s not uncommon for a search to result in 20-50 pages,with 20 sitters shown on each page, and it’s not sorted by distance). I’d suggest using the + symbol by the map to zoom into sitters listed near that sitter’s/your neighborhood. You may still need to click to scroll through multiple pages to find the sitter.
