How to cancel a request?
This is my first time on the system, and I had two requests created as I learned. One was to a single person and then the same time frame for two others. I booked one of the people in the second request. However, the two requests still exist, showing the other two folks.
In help, I see how to cancel a booking, but these aren't bookings. How do I cancel the requests that are outstanding if I'm not going to hire these people (as I hired another)?
Also, why did it default to "Ask Dog Questions" with no visible way to change that to cats, the real pets? ;)
Still on answer or way to directly contact Rover. Should I assume this is the regular lack of support on this site?
