Okay, you already have identified the problem: stays of 1 night or more, which is overriding your nightly rate.
First off, that rate is typically used by sitters to either (1) discount for longer stays or (2) add a surcharge for the inconvenience of longer stays. The fact that you entered 1 night makes no sense. Most sitters would enter 7 nights or longer if they use that feature. Also, you are confusing potential clients, who may be booking for you one rate and find themselves being charged a higher rate after the first night.
You actually did it correctly for boarding where I can see $65 as your rate for stays of 2 nights or longer. Again, 1 and 2 nights are not what that rate should be used for. Long stays are at least a week or more.
I would advise not putting anything into that slot. You are NOT required to use every single rate situation possible. I do not. People pay the full amount every single day of their pet's stay with me. The $20 you have entered is not additive, but the actual fee. If you wanted to make it a surcharge for longer stays, then enter $60, but it is rather ridiculous to have it kick in on the second day of a house sitting engagement.
