Since you are not employed by Rover, you will not need a FEIN. Your status is as an independent contractor, filing your income and expenses on Schedule C. All the relevant information will be provided on the 1099l supplied. Rover has updated its tax information page, especially because it is a transition year. I encourage you to read this thoroughly:
