What to do about boarding late-pick ups?

When an owner misses their pick-up time by hours, what to do? How to charge for time out of my personal schedule?

2-8 hrs late is a half day charge. You modify it asap to include the extra half day, make sure owner confirms before leaving w pet. They do this to us all the time, ill be up til 1am waiting for pickup scheduled for 8pm, so we just decided here out no business before 9am or after 5pm.
