How do I report that a sitter has felony charges?
I recently discovered a sitter on Rover has felony charges against them concerning pets in her care. How do I report this to Rover?

I'm curious why that wasn't discovered when Rover did a background check when she first signed up. I thought that was standard for Rover to do that.
It might have occurred *after* the background check was performed. Notice that he wrote the charges are currently pending, in which case, it would not be on anyone's record. A person would have to be convicted for a background check to bring it to light.
