Booking before meet?

I have a client who has scheduled a meet and greet with me. They've also pressed the book button, but I haven't accepted. The book request expires before our meet. I don't want to accept the request before the meet. Is this going to affect anything? The Rover website says that because of that request, I won't appear in others' search results for the times of the potential stay. Is there anything negative in store for me if I ignore or deny the request in favor of waiting for the meet?

Yes, Archive the request.

By Archiving, you will still appear in searches and after the meet and greet if both you & the pet owner want to proceed, you can go into the archive and book it.

If having a meet and greet matters to you, and unless you’re prepared for a lot of unwelcome surprises I would advocate it does, never book it until after the meet and greet and you know it’s a match .
