If client says they are flexible for what time I stop by, do I need to modify the booking time?

My client booked me for 3 visits at 7pm. The client messaged me that it doesn't matter what time I stop by in the evening. They just put 7pm to complete the booking. If I choose to stop by at 6pm or 8pm (instead of 7pm) will there be any consequences for my account/profile? Or do I have to modify the booking for each day?
