Should all animals in the house that need service be listed on the clients profile?

I have a customer who hired me to house sit for her dog, but when I got there for the meet and greet she also had 3 cats that were not listed with the dog. The cats don't get along and would require separate feedings etc. Which is fine, except that is a needed service and would have changed the price if they had been listed. Said client doesn't want to pay extra for the cats. I'm not sure what to do.

I’m actually struggling with the same thing. Client listed only a dog but the day of told me she had a cat that I had to feed and clean the litter box for. This cat was not listed on the profile so I am missing out on money. She told me she was sorry and that if I wanted to be paid for the cat then she would pay me, but I don’t want to come off as asking for more money. She has also used rover many times and always tells me that past sitters don’t mind taking care of the cat. I don’t mind either it’s just that I am missing out on money when the job is 10 days.
