they keep your banking information?

Did you realize once you put in your payout information and give your banking info that Rover will not help you delete it? I just asked to have my banking info removed and they sent me a thing saying I signed terms. I am trying to be safe and delete my banking and was reminded Im not allowed to get payment outside of the system and then offered zero help. Does anyone know how I can remove this Stripe banking thing?
