Does anyone know why I can no longer rate a dog by the stars? And I can no longer see the past dog's stars that I rated. Did Rover do away with them? I want them back! They are helpful to me.
Under past stays, you can access dogs and complete any reviews pending. There, you can provide an overall dog rating with stars and opt to provide additional comments, which it states may be shared with other sitters in the future. However, reviews were never accessible to sitters.After ir’s Submitted, only rover staff could read it.
If you want to refer to dog information, you need to add that under Notes, which can be accessed by clicking on dog’s photo and you can update/ edit to reflect all history.
Deb A., Yes, I can do all of that except provide an overall dog rating with stars. With the last couple of dogs I reviewed, I could give my review but there were no stars available to rate.
i remember the star ratings. they've changed a lot of things and some are not for the better.
