How do you 1) handle a VERY dirty house and 2) handle dogs with behavioral issues the client failed to tell you about?

So I am sitting for these 2 dogs and I do a meet and greet and everything goes well, I go through all my questions and ask about behavioral issues, etc. as normal and they say they are pretty easy going dogs and give me a tour of the house and show me where I'll be staying, I see that its an older house but we are in and out really quick so I didn't have the time to realize that this place is FILTHY.

There is a thick layer of dust and dirt on every single surface. The shower is covered in a thick pink film. There is dried up dead bugs everywhere. They also really let the dogs take control of the house, the walls and furniture and baseboards are all discolored and chewed up. I have resorted to carrying around a bottle of clorox wipes with me and not wanting to touch anything. The dogs are also pretty dirty and smelly, you pet them and dust just flies off them.

It's so bad that I drive home to shower and I really don't want to sleep here or even really be here. The sheets were cleaned for me but they have a really strong 'dog' scent to them and its just overall not up to my standard of cleanliness. (I am a bit of clean-freak but this place is super bad.) I can feel all the dust in my throat just being here.

Now on to the second problem, they failed to tell me one of the dogs has anxiety and behavioral issues. My first night the 1 dog was constantly jumping on and off the bed, pacing, whining, barking, ALL NIGHT. I ended up taking them out at 3:30am but it still continued. I finally fell asleep around 4:15am but then they woke me up at 6:30am. I let the owner know and they were super apologetic about it and then informed me they have anxiety meds to help him mellow out (but there was only 2 doses of meds and 7 nights to go...), they also suggested locking the dog out of the room I was staying in and opening their bedroom door for the dogs to go into. I tried the latter suggestion since the meds were low but it was the same as previous night except from the other side of the door and some additional body slamming. It was so bad I had to put my noise cancelling headphones on and play white noise full volume to even be able to sleep 3 hours. I let the owners know and they said to definitely give him the meds and that they will order a refill and have it dropped off by a family member. They also said I can sleep at my home if it persists and just come back and forth (which I am about leaning towards but wanted to give it one more try cause I feel bad to leave ... (more)

I am currently in the same situation trying to find out what to do. I vacuumed as much as I can for my own peace of mind but I'm still uncomfortable staying here with the level of dust dirt and fur all over the home. The dogs are okay but the pet parent and the house make me 2nd guess this stay.
