If you’re in the area, look for posted signs (required by law) which state what company patrols the property with a phone number. If that’s too far out of your way, message the owner and ask for that information. Call the number for whatever company enforces parking, explain that you were visiting to provide pet care, and unaware of any violation. They will probably dismiss it.
