How do I speak to a customer service person at Rover? I am not interested in reading "articles", or email (which then never respond to)... I would like to speak to a LIVE HUMAN BEING regarding an issue I had with a sitter.

We received Amount of payment for booking we requested. The total (for 4 days/night) is $171.40) Is this the total amount for the 4 days or is it the amount for each of the 4 days?
