Is there a way to extend until meet and greet is completed?

I created a request for drop in visits for my 2 cats. We cannot do a meet and greet until Tuesday, which means the request will be expired. Is there a way to extend that time in order to do meet and greet. I would feel more comfortable meeting before accepting. Thanks for the advice!
