If I change my radius for drop in visits to a lower number, will my previous client still be able to book with me?

I have out 6 miles distance and want to lower to less and that will probably take them out of my radius

Your previous clients are always able to contact and book with you. All they have to do is go into their Inbox to initiate a contact or booking. I can't imagine a client doing a new search for someone they already know and like.
