Our pet sitter texted that she had lost the keys to our house. While she did find them again, she missed days of service we paid for. How do I get credit for her missed services?

Our pet sitter was to come to socialize with out pets and water plants. She texted at one point during out 8 days away that she had lost our house keys. She did find them again, but missed days of service. She also missed watering plants, many are now dead. How do we get credited for the missed service and damages?
