Why isn't the discount from Referral Link working?
I signed up for Rover by using a referral link that said I would get $20 off my first booking. It is the only reason why I decided to use Rover over another company. However, I've just confirmed my first booking and there's no $20 discount. What gives? How do I get it to apply? Please he
I had the same problem, I called Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and they manually had to put in the discount.
