Ways to get more written reviews?

Hi!

I was just brainstorming some ways to have more clients leave written reviews. I was contemplating making little goodie bags that I send home with each dog that have a few treats (like milkbones) and then a written note saying if they leave a written review, they can get like a $20 discount for future services? What are your thoughts? I can't make up my mind.

I'd appreciate any insight!

Thanks,

Carley

I see you have 51 reviews so why would you offer a discount for a future stay if they leave a written review?

That sound like a great idea. Honestly I don’t ask for reviews if they rate great and if they don’t that also fine. If you feel like this would gain more written reviews go for it doesn’t hurt to try.

Thanks, Lydia! I think I'll try it on a few clients and see how it goes.

I send home a small goodie bag with each new client with a cute doggy magnet, a poop bag holder, a picture, and a handwritten note with a request for a review. I have had a review every time! Good Luck!
