No, there's no way to see their review comments left for others. Rover has purposefully done all it can to keep sitters in the dark about owners and their pets.

They've been asked to provide this functionality for years and years. Moreover, they took away the ability to identify previous sitting engagements through a pet's photo gallery which showed the name and dates. So, like I said, they're actively working against sitters' safety.
