I did not receive my visa gift card when a friend I referred to rover completed his first booking.. how do I get the gift card?

I was supposed to receive my gift card via email after my friend completed his first rover stay.. I never got it or if I did it went to the wrong location and I haven't seen it. How do I contact someone or get this fixed?
