Why am I not getting paid?

I am new to Rover and am about to start my second week of sitting. My account says because the customer is reoccurring I get paid every Tuesday morning, yet today is Tuesday and when I checked it says I have the money "pending." Am I impatient or is there something wrong?

Hi Kaitey! From my experience, the money goes into 'pending' on Tuesday and its usually in my account by Wednesday. I believe Rover/Stripe authorizes it on Tuesday and then it depends on your bank just how quick it gets there.

I’m having a similar issue. Currently trying to get it solved but I added up all of the “Failed” and “Cancelled” withdrawals to my bank and it becomes a little over $600 just sitting in limbo. Call the customer support # and pray that they can help you out. Make sure the name on your Rover account matches the name on your Social Security Card and the name on your bank account as well
