Owner no-show?

I had accepted a booking for a week-long dog boarding, but the owner never showed up to drop off their dogs at the designated date & time. I followed up twice with no avail, they haven't responded. Is there anything I am expected to do during a no-call/no-show? Note: Booking is confirmed + paid by the owner.

Wow, that is crazy. Hopefully they are okay.

Leave a Message ( through the Rover app) reminding them they had a reservation schedule for x date, however they never showed up. Let them if plans have changed and they would like to cancel, they can receive a partical credit, however they will need to cancel through the Rover App, To please give you a call. This way it shows you tried to reach out and told them about canceling. If you would like to go a step future, you can contact Rover Suppot so they too can reach out to the owners. +/- cancel the reservation. (because they did not give you notification, I for sure would charge a cancelation fee if you go this route) Best of luck!

Since you already attempted to contact owners twice, I’d follow up with rover to loop them in.
