How to partner with other sitters?

I like to partner with other sitters when I am full and they contact me if they are full to help our clients out. Is there an easier way to do this other than creating a tentative Boarding request?

Not through rover. (Sitters have asked) Some local FB groups formed by city to facilitate that.
