Has anyone else having difficulty getting paid with the new Stripe system?
I was so busy walking and taking care of dogs that I didn't register for Stripe in time. After two weeks of no payments, I signed up and I've been waiting a week to get my new Stripe payments, still not there. I call Stripe they say Rover entered information incorrectly and I will need to get transaction numbers. Call Rover to get numbers, can't give them to me will have to notify finance department. Will contact me via email only.... I ask when should I expect them as I have a mortgage to pay. She said probably Monday before anyone will get back to her, you know it's the weekend and all... Hopefully Monday... I've done everything that I was supposed to do (even later than required, but by the time I needed to receive my funds). No one has any urgency when sitters or customers need answers. VERY UPSETTING! Am I the only one having issues?
Payment wasn’t going through either but it was because I entered my banking information wrong
My fist payment with Stripe hit my bank in 2 days. This time it is taking at least 5. I am not paying the $1.00 fee to find out why from Stripe and have decided I can't continue to work for a company that doesn't seem to care when it's sitters get paid.
Amen! I work consistently with Rover and. Since they’ve changed to strike I have yet to be paid when they say I’ll be. It’s messing with my livelihood at the point. I literally can’t leave my house right now because my car is on empty and I have no money to pay for gas.

Over a month still holding on to my money, Entered banking information multiple times to make sure it was correct rover is a fail and so is the stripes system it should be illegal to hold on to peoples money for any period of time.
