Is there a way to block a client I do not want to sit again?

This dog was very unruly, and tried to run into traffic multiple times. Not well trained or obedient. Is there a way to not show up in search for this customer or to block them?

I would suggest when the owner returns for their pet, simply tell them you are not the right match for future stays and rover customer support can help them locate another sitter. You do not need to explain why.
