How do you get the home inspection badge?

I've noticed some hosts have a home inspection badge but I can't find the place to apply for one. Can someone tell me how to do that?

My understanding is that this is only available to Premier sitters, which is only an option in certain states right now (Washington, California, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada). See rover's FAQ page: What is Rover Premier Service? https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...
