How do you link your Trustcloud with Rover.com?

From my understanding you can receive a badge by linking your trustcloud account with your Rover account but I can not figure it out. I have been trying to all day but no luck. Can someone please explain to me the process on how to do so or if I am even able to. THANK YOU

I actually went back to see if I could figure out the process again and realized my TrustCloud box is gone. It did take a while to get certified. There's a bit where you have to verify your address which requires them to mail you something, though I got my TrustCloud without that ever arriving. Of course now it's gone, so I guess I'm here to tell you I have no idea how it works.

EDITED TO ADD: I emailed the Rover support team, and this was their response

Hi Laura, The reason why you're not seeing anything TrustCloud related on Rover anymore is because we parted ways with TrustCloud some time ago. Everything has since been phased out on the website, and it is now no longer something that is offered on Rover. My apologies if this comes to a surprise to you, but certainly let me know if you have any other questions.

Haha! I was just browsing through the results in my area and noticed a couple people still have their TrustCloud badges.. seems they haven't gone away entirely yet.

Hi Victoria! I'm currently TrustCloud verified but I can't remember the exact steps I took. I do recall that the address verification process takes a while. I think once you're verified through TrustCloud, it will show up on your Rover profile, but as Jessica suggested I would contact support, too.
