How do you change your primary photo?
How can I designate a different photo to be my primary photo?

When you edit your profile and select the pictures menu (under your profile photo), the first picture in the "Pictures of you, your family and your pets" is your profile photo (the one that shows up as your photo here and in the search rankings. However, the first picture under "Photos of your home and yard" is the one that will show up first when someone clicks through to your profile.
You can add new photos to either section, then drag and drop them into the order you wish them to be seen. On my profile, when someone clicks through my photos, they seem to alternate between the two sections.

This may be one of those changes you have to make while logged in at a computer.
Go to edit profile, then Basic info. That's the one where you can change the profile pic.
