Weekly Drop-In - What if we reschedule one of the days?
Hello,
I have a booking that was from 1/17 - 1/23, repeating weekly. Due to weather the client requested me not come on 1/17 and instead just go on 1/18. I'm new to Rover and thought that if I edited the booking for that one day that it would alter the booking for the entire weekly setup, so I left the booking as is and just did and ad-hoc visit on 1/18.
My question or concern is it looks like I was paid for the 3 visits based on the weekly rate and then an additional payment was made for the ad-hoc. I thought that since I didn't start the booking for that day and send the "Rover Card" that it would not charge the client. Is that correct, or was I paid for a visit I did not do? In weekly repeating bookings, does it pay you even if you do not complete the cards? The client hasn't mentioned anything to me about it, but I would rather be proactive about it.
