Should I charge for an additional night due to weather?

I am scheduled to pick up a dog on Saturday, but they are predicting a major snowstorm in our area. I suggested we move pick-up up a day as I don’t feel it will be safe to drive. The people will not be home. I have access to get into their place, so it’s not as though they can drop their dog off instead. My question is, do I charge them for the additional night?
