Rover does not care about customers outside the 50 US states?
Rover recently sent out a satisfaction survey. I would really like to answer the survey, but perhaps ROVER should realize that it operates in more than just 50 states. For example, we live in the District of Columbia. However, the survey only allows responses from customers within the 50 states, so I can’t complete your survey.
And, they no longer monitor their support e-mail.
