Refund ASAP?

I paid for a sitter who showed 'available' on the site. I paid and asked for reservation - I just looked at my bank account and you have already taken the money out. The SITTER declined due to her mistake on her availability, so why am I being charged? I have found someone else on your site, but am reluctant to reserve or pay due to this. Any help with this would be appreciated?

Just for your future information, all bookings are paid for in advance, at the time they are made. However, the sitter does not receive payment until 48 hours after the job is completed.
