Changing schedule for potential client?

I have a potential client whose schedule changes every week. It will be reaccuring for about 2 months. Does she have to go in and request every week? She doesn't know her work schedule till about the week before. Or even last minute.

Once a client has booked you once & you completed the service, you can also book future stays. Go to the past client tab to set up bookings. It will still require client approval, but can be sent anytime (even last minute).

Addition: If the client books 1 walk or 1 service day event, you can then find under past clients and book all future services. This might be the most seamless way to do it, figuring that the client is going to ask if you’re available first. Also you do not have to book a week at a time. If the schedule is changing that much, you might want to book a day or part of a week. As a bonus, you’d receive payment that much sooner (as opposed to waiting for the whole week to complete).

So that's how I should do it. Have her book the first week when she knows what days then when she tells me her days for the next week and I'll modify a bill(per say) and she approves? Should she first book with me as reccuring?

The “one time” booking is the better option for you and the client. One time=pick your dates, move them around as needed. Modifications and such are much easier. Recurring bookings are best for the client with a solid schedule.
