You’ll need to check with your city/county (Animal Care dept.) regarding requirements. Commonly, there is a maximum occupancy for boarding (such as 4) unless the property is specifically zone on property and licensed to be called a kennel/commercial facility. It’s less common (but it exists in some places) for regulations to apply to walkers and house sitting.
