What is the liability of dog behavior during a boarding?

I have a Labrador retriever 10 month old pup who I am looking into options for boarding. He is well behaved and a sweet dog, but in the state of Ohio where I live, if your dog bites someone (even if it is that person's fault for a poor decision made when approaching a dog unfamiliar with them) then the owner is liable for medical damages and the courts will generally make you put the dog down.

I see on the Premium Insurance info for http://Rover.com that there is no coverage over medical damages to sitters, but is there anything in the sitter agreement that absorbs these risks? Again, my dog is well behaved, but accidents can happen and that makes me nervous for my pup when making a decision on whether to board or use Rover..
