new to rover - do you "book" for the meet and greet?

I just got my first request and we planned our meet and greet... however, it still says "Book" at the top. Is it typical that you do not charge/book for the meet and greet? Or should I press "Book"?

I always schedule an official meet & greet. The potential client comes over to my home with their dog. I can meet them and size up their dog and they get to see where I live and if they feel comfortable leaving their dog with me. I've been very, very successful using this feature for 9 years.

There is no need to officially book a meet & greet. Usually meet and greets are provided at no charge, so all involved can make sure that it is a good match. After determining that, and agreeing to a mutually agreeable arrangement, that’s when you click to ‘Book It Now’.

I wouldn't charge for a meet and greet. I have one repeat customer who has a huge piece of property and there is always something new or change of feeding, etc when they go out of town so I almost always have to go for a visit before they leave for their trip. meaning, they want to go over the new feeding procedure, new plant care, etc. they always pay me for that visit. But if I am meeting a new customer to meet their pet, I don't charge.
